Deposit / Payment
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 15%. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR APPOINTMENT.
*** Kindly take care of your balance through Zelle, Debit/Credit Card with ID, Cash App or Apple Pay. Please note that all sales are final. Thank you.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please inform us in advanced. You have a 15 min grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you'll have to pay a $35 late fee automatically added to final fee. If you are more than 30 min late your appointment will be canceled.
Travel Fees
Travel fees begin at $50 and may increase based on the service location.
Guest Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued once the service is completed. If you experience any issues with your hair, you have 24 hours to contact us and have it addressed at the earliest convenience. After 24 hours from the appointment, we are not responsible for any lifting, sliding, or movement of the lace.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations should be made 48 hours or more,
prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classed as a "no show", which will require a $50 cancellation fee before you are able to book again.
VIP Appointments
•EARLY BIRD HOURS: 6AM-8AM $55
•AFTER HOURS: 7:30PM-LATER $55
•SAME DAY APPT: REQUIRES A $28 FEE.
•SUNDAY/MONDAYS WILL BE A $55 FEE.
Expect the appointment to take a few hours, so plan accordingly. I do not rush my work
Additional guests and children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service or prior arrangements have been made.
