BEFORE BOOKING, KINDLY READ ALL THE PROVIDED INFORMATION 

Consultation

  • Booking your consultations are required BEFORE appointment scheduling for coloring services, starter locs, loc extensions, repairs, and any other specialty services. Please come to your consultation with freshly cleansed hair in its natural state. Arrangements can be made if you are not able to come in person. 

Hair Prep

  • NATURAL HAIR NEEDS TO BE FRESHLY WASHED & BLOWN OUT COMPLETELY TO PREVENT ADDITIONAL FEES . HAIR MUST BE FREE OF OILS.  ADD ON WASH/ BLOW SERVICE IF NEEDED BEFORE CHECK OUT. 
     

  • I DO NOT ACCEPT T-PARTS, SYNTHETIC/MIXED/ DRY BLENDED WIGS. YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED. 
     

  • I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE IF LACE QUALITY IS NOT UP TO PAR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HD OR TRANSPARENT LACE. 

Customization

  • Customization is needed for all Closures & Wig installs. Drop off is 48 hours ( 2 full days) prior to your appointment to avoid $35 same day customizing fee. When doing drop offs, please make sure wig bag is labeled with name and appointment date and time. 

  • If you choose any add-ons for custom colors other than black, you must bring the wig/bundles at least 5 days before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $60 fee added to your final total. Customizations in black require the wig/bundles to be brought 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.

Faqs

  • 2 packs of hair is needed for blunt bob cuts 
     

  • 3 bundles for anything longer than 14 inches. 
     

  • Full Sew ins requires 3-5 Bundles 
     

  • YOUR HAIR MUST BE 4 INCHES OR LONGER FOR LEAVE OUT.

Reinstall

  • The reinstall service ensures that your wig stays secure and comfortable for an extended period.

  • Whether you need a fresh application of adhesive during your touch up appointments or a complete reinstall, I have you covered.

  • Depending on your lifestyle and activities, I recommend scheduling a reinstall every 2 to 4 weeks to maintain the wig's stability and natural appearance. I won't work with over-plucked wigs, lace with holes, or poor-quality lace.

Justice here, I would like to thank you personally for choosing me for your hair care needs. I specialize in sew-in weaves, lace installs, protective styles, & natural hair care. To ensure that you have the greatest experience here are a few things to review prior to booking your appointment.

** To My Future I.B Dolls: Please understand the quality of your hair will affect your final look for install. If you are unsure where to receive your hair, visit our I.B Hair Collection to purchase your extensions.

  • I communicate primarily through call & text, please allow up to 24 hrs for a response. 

  • There is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of $25, that will go toward your service. This must be paid at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Please arrive on time Beauties, if you are late 15 minutes or more WITHOUT contacting me, your appointment will be canceled. If you’re going to be late please contact me. There are no late fees.

  • If you need to reschedule please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • The times listed below are “approximate”, please do not schedule if you cannot be patient. 

  • Please arrive at your appointment with detangled & oil-free hair. If you like me to wash your hair, be sure to add the service at the time of booking. If your extensions are oily or dirty there will be an additional fee to wash them. 

  • A stocking cap & weaving net is provided for lace services. Unless told otherwise. 

  • All frontals & lace wigs MUST be dropped off 48 hours (2 days) prior to appointment. I DO NOT DO  SAME DAY CUSTOMIZING, you will have to reschedule. **( Closures are the ONLY exception to this)

  • Beauties are sure to choose the correct place. Whether you choose HD, Transparent, or Swiss. Don’t hesitate to contact me if help is needed to confirm the correct lace. To ensure 100% satisfaction of your Infinite Beauty Experience, I reserve the right to refuse bad lace. 

  • Within your Infinite Beauty Experience, if there is any touch up needed within the first 48 hours, I will fix free of charge. After 48 hours, you would need to book a touch-up appointment.

  • When dropping off your extensions Beauties, be sure to have your name, number, as well as your scheduled appointment time somewhere on the packaging.
